Our Commitments

Prohibition of Child Labour
VIOCHARTEL S.A. strictly prohibits the employment of child labour in any form. The Company does not employ any person below the legal minimum working age and verifies compliance during recruitment procedures.

Elimination of Forced or Compulsory Labour
The Company rejects all forms of forced, bonded, involuntary, or compulsory labour. Employment is freely chosen, and employees have the right to terminate their employment in accordance with applicable legislation.
